 Q. What do I do in an emergency?

A. If you require urgent treatment or you are experiencing severe pain, call us on 0844 815 1622 and we will arrange for a dentist to see you as soon as possible. If it is outside of our opening hours please call Central Clinic on 01903 285221.

Q. How do I register as an NHS patient?

A. To register as an NHS patient you will be asked to complete a medical history questionnaire. If you are entitled to free NHS dental treatment, please provide proof of exemption.

Q. How do I contact NHS Direct?

A. You can contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or visit www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk

Q. How often should I see my dentist?

A. A check-up is usually required every six months to a year – depending on the condition of your mouth, your dentist will advise how often you should be seen. Children should be seen at the very least, once a year.
